Yarmouth Harbour information

Published 15:30 on 19 Nov 2021

The Dinghy park car park will be closed and locked on the 26th November 2021.

We are making further improvements to the dinghy park facility at Yarmouth Harbour, and notice is therefore given that works to re-surface the dinghy park will commence on the 1st December 2021.

For the works to be carried out the car park adjacent to the dinghy park will be locked and the dinghy's will be accommodated here for the duration of the works.

All dinghy park licence holders are required to remove any locks/clamps on their vessels by the 25th November, and ensure any trailers are in good working order to enable the berthing team to move them safely out of the way and into the adjacent carpark. To ensure we can fit all vessels into that carpark it is highly likely that we will have to bunch the dinghy's together, which will make them inaccessible for the duration of the works. Please note that the dinghy park slipway will also be inaccessible for the duration of the works.

It is anticipated that the works will last for approx. 8 days plus the time it will take to get all vessels back to their spot. If you would prefer to remove your boat for this period, please have it moved by the 25th Nov.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Kind regards

Scott Neill

Deputy Harbour Master
